Terms of Use
Effective: 5 November 2026. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
The apps
Wizuale and Wizuale Mic are made by plain d. Dawid Woźniak, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Wizuale plays classic Milkdrop presets full screen on Apple TV. Wizuale Mic is a separate iPhone app that sends the sound in the room to that Apple TV over your Wi-Fi, and lets you choose a preset. By using either app you agree to these terms.
Two separate apps
They are not one app with two icons. Wizuale runs on Apple TV. Wizuale Mic runs on iPhone. Each does its own job, and they only connect when both are on the same Wi-Fi.
Names and presets
Wizuale is not affiliated with Apple. Milkdrop, and the people who wrote the presets, keep their own rights in that work. Some presets come from Study of Space. Those names belong to their owners.
License
You may install and use the apps on Apple TVs and iPhones you own or control, for personal or work use. You may not present the apps as your own. Wizuale and Wizuale Mic are proprietary software. © 2026 plain d. Dawid Woźniak, all rights reserved.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and ending
We may update the apps or these terms. You can stop using them at any time by deleting them.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction under Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there. Questions: dawid@plaind.pl.
